Bella Poarch's birth Filipino parents welcomed Bella in the Philippines, on February 9, 1997. Her mother lived in areas of slums for three years until she turned 3 years old. She was then adopted. Her adoptive family is made up of one Filipino adoptive mother as well as an white American military veteran. Her mother claims that she and her brother who was adopted when an infant, suffered abuse before they joined the military. The family relocated to Texas when she was 13 due to her father needing bypass surgery. They spent a few months in San Francisco with her aunt. While the physical violence has subsided but she says that she experienced mental abuse from her father at home. She became a part of at the United States Navy at age 18. Poarch began her TikTok profile in April of 2020. Within a short time, she had more than 40 million followers. Her most notable success came from her video for the hit Millie B track Soph Aspin Send. The clip, which was zoomed in, of her synchronized lip-syncing to the song and leaping into the song was an extremely viral video which became TikTok's top-rated video. To take advantage of the fame she gained following her signing up to TikTok in December 2016 Poarch created YouTube and Twitter profiles. Poarch's burgeoning fame peaked during the month of December. Two of the biggest Esports professional clubs were said to be intrigued by her. FaZe Clan (100 Thieves) and 100 Thieves are interested in hiring her to create videos for their respective brands.
